When i go from batt to big post it said 50 volts before i accelerator pedal on both. even with the key off. that not right is it

Default G27 How can i bypass solenoid to see if controller is ok

cart will not move. i think i have a bad solenoid or controller or both . how can i tell ?

If it's stuck closed, then bypassing won't help. You can short the two big terminals to bypass it.

*** when i cross the 2big terminals it did not do anything. do you think i need a controller and solenoid

Could be other things - like bad motor brushes or bad motor.

What led up to the failure? You have not said much about what the history is. We can't guess what's wrong without more data.

robtrav25 Starting 4 different threads about the same problem is going to make it hard to help you. You need to keep it all in one thread to help you better. If you answer the questions that you are asked, some one will help you fix your cart. You got the answer to your question about bypassing your solenoid in this thread. And then you start another thread with the same question. Be patient and you will get the help you need. all the members here are helping you for free in there spare time

out of the blue it stopped working . after it stopped working it sat for like 3 mo. battery where junk . i put a new set in . but cart still will not move. buzzer works. but thay is all.
