Default Front wheel bearing torque specs.

Not a hard one. but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.
I want to teach my son how to torque the front wheel bearings on his 2003 club cart.
But we can't find any torque ft.lbs. specs.anywhere. Can anyone help out.
thanks.

From a 2008 DS service manual, which is the same way I've always replaced automobile front bearings.

5. Tighten the spindle nut until the hub is hard to turn, then back the nut (3) off until the hub turns freely.
Install a new cotter pin (2). See following NOTE.

NOTE: When the cotter pins are bent, make sure they do not contact the hub or dust cap.
