Yamaha g22e
I am working on a 2004 g22e for a customer. While driving the cart it quits. I reset the run tow switch and the cart will run again for a while them quits. Reset the switch and the cart will run again

Check battery condition first. Clip meter to battery mains and observe lowest voltage when failure occurs.

The batteries are 2 months old they all read 8.4 volts

Yes all voltage is very good I just reset the run tow switch and the cart will run for a short time

What is the overall pack voltage during the failure? (the moment the cart cuts out, not before or after). I know no one can test 6 batteries individually during the instant of a failure. I have to start at the basics, and work our way into more tests as the first ones are passed.

I just had this issue with a 2006 G22E. I found 1 bad cable on my battery pack and replaced it. Problem has since gone away.
