Has anyone installed a Limited Slip Differential in their golf cart? What has been your experiences?
Please let me know. Thanks |

Re: Limited Slip Differential
I have not done the LSD setup, but we have installed a number of locker rear ends from the Club Car 272 and Pioneer model utility carts under standard golf carts. It is nice to have the ability to lock the rear when you want it. Disadvantages here are the 15:1 gear ratio (although I found this to be an advantage pulling 26" tires) and the locker rear end assembly is about 10 1/2" wider than a standard rear end, so it looks odd without spacers on the front. So far I have had no problems and enjoyed my carts with the manual locker!
