Default 48v conversion and Beast Motor

Went from a 48v 3.75 hp motor (running on weak 36v pack) to the AMD 7114 and 48v. The difference is incredible. My son attempted to back the cart into the garage and it barked 22” tires on pavement. Top speed is right at 20 (from 12) according to my speed app. Haven’t been to the deer lease yet but going Saturday. I’m amazed at the difference. I recommend!

If it has an Alltrax control be sure the reduced reverse speed is activated for safety. Waiting to hear how it does.

It does in fact have an Alltrax and 50% reverse is set. She’s just touchy going in reverse. I’m learning the throttle as we go.

An update to an old thread, I love the cart! It goes up just about anything I ask it to. The limiting factor is 2wd and no winch, only been stuck once due to weight and pea gravel. Wheel speed is amazing in clearing out the mud and as long as you keep the speed up it will generally get through it.
