2008 YDRE issue with wiring
08 ydre. Replaced controller (moric). Cart moves now but on bumps it will "cut out", also will beep while traveling over rougher terrain. Diagnosed by lightly pulling on the 26 pin connector. While pulling on the wires, it does exactly the same thing--occasionally beeps, occasionally the contactor works and it will work properly if the wires are held just right.
Removed the connector and inspected the wires for breaks-none were found. I can't see anything wrong with it, but with that said I can't see into the connector's cavities very well. They "look" ok best I can tell. Anyone run into this before? Ideas? Suggestions? At my wit's end with this. |

Check and make sure all your other various connections within that harness are tight as well.
