ExCar Model (trouble shoot the park brake

I own a excar 2 seater model,
the guy who sold me this told me the park brake was not working.

of course I checked and found out something strange

first
- the locking mecanism was upside down... I had to make it rotate 180degree

once done the parking brake was locking, but as soon as I was hiting the speed pedal.. (of course) it was unlocking, buuut cannot lock back

second
- actually seems those model we need to hit the speed pedal then parking brake and release the speed pedal... and miracle the parking brake lock each time.



if anyone know more about this "chinese" model what kind of accessories "from other model" are compatible, that would be a welcome help
