Cushman Minute Miser 36v upgrade
Hello all,
I recently picked up two 2000 Cushman Minute Misers (898320B) and got them up and running. I would like to convert one to 36 volts. Both the controller (Curtis 1207) and motor are listed as 24v/36v. Does anybody know what is required to upgrade to 36 volt operation? Is it simply a mater of changing the solenoids to ones with 36v coils? I'm not concerned with the auxiliary devices like the lights, horn, and buzzer. These will all be removed from the system and replaced with other devices. I currently do not have a Curtis programmer. All the listings I have seen have been in the $500 range and not in the budget yet. They also don't seem to have the RJ11 connector used by the 1207. The programmer is on the list but since things are currently running it isn't an immediate purchase. Thank you |
