EZGO 295 Help
I am new at the buggies and was wondering if anyone could tell me if EZGO ever made a screen to go over the front of the motor where it pulls cooling air in. There are four little bolt holes on it . Mine seems to suck alot of grass and leaves in it and makes alot of noise. Any help would be appreciated. Jake

Re: EZGO 295 Help
Mine does the same because of spending a great deal of time in pastures. In 7 years of service has never caused a problem.
I might would be more concerned about the screen getting stopped up and it getting no air. |

Re: EZGO 295 Help
I have seen carts come thru that the cust has put a window screen material over that fan. It works fine. they told me they check it twice a day when in the pasture. One runs chickens, turkeys and the other runs cows. They ahve had no problems yet.

Re: EZGO 295 Help
Thanks for the advise but I was looking at it today and I am thinking about building a plate to help block trash getting to the motor.

Re: EZGO 295 Help
you may want to pull the covers around the head and clean the cooling fins out. I did and my engine runs much cooler now.

Re: EZGO 295 Help
That's a good idea to clean it I think I'm going to do it. I think I'm going to build an air duct on it so that it will pull the air down from above the motor.
