Does anyone have any info on to what engines are in an 08 or 09 Club car precent golf cart? Are there different sizes or is the rumor I heard that they have a 350 in them true. if true what rotaion did they come with?

All of the Precedents that I've seen (05 and up) have FE350's, and the rotation is clockwise!

So are you saying that if i were to get my hands on one that it would bolt right up to a 2001 club car carryall that had a fe350 in it originally? My 350 is blown up and stuck a 290 it it temporarily till I found another 350.

Yep... it'll bolt right up... BUT, I can't guarantee the the wiring and throttle cabling will be the same!
(only because... I just don't know! )

AND... If you can find a Precedent (with a good engine) for $1700.00 to $2000.00, (the cost of a new engine)

Your one lucky Chuckie!

DO YOU NEED THE ALIGNMENT TOOL IF YOU LEAVE THE TRANNY PART IN THE CART AND JUST REPLACE THE ENGINE. iVE REPLACE THE 350 WITH A TEMP 290 MOTOR AND IT IS WORKING JUST FINE. JUST WANT THE 350 POWER BACK IN IT?
