Man your car sure looks good in that picture!!!
You might want to put a hinge in the center of that tail gate, if you load something heavy (like large rock) it might bend in the middle, something to think about...
Wish mine could be aluminum! I bought a Harbor Freight one (looks like yours, but steel). Then I made a new tongue and coupler, but I'm welding up a box to cary tools in front of the cargo area, and want the tail gate to hinge like yours. Been to busy working on other people's projects to finish it tho.
Sorry for the high jack guys, Mike

Awesome Tim! I will be doing my G9 in yellow also... How much of a chore was it for those headlights? Also, how did you get the "heavy duty" springs on the rear?

Tonka- The front lights are kind of a pain cutting in because the templates arent so great and the body is rounded there. I used a Dremel and just cut a little small then tweaked to fit. The do look really good when done and bright. My suggestion is go slow and you will have no issues. (watch the relay switch that is prewired, I had issue with the wires coming loose). They are easy to wire in and I used a fuse bank so have easy hook up for other accessories. The spings I used were Jakes and I was told by some some they would fit and some they would not fit on the shock. They have to be compressed a decent amount and I took them to the motorcycle dealer and they compresses sping on shock. Shock is easy on and off. I would suggest buying Jakes shock and spring kit. Springs coms pre-loaded on shock.

Thanks Tim! What springs did you buy? I'm not seeing a preloaded heavy duty shock by Jakes?

Not cheap but a must for rear seats. If you just buy springs a lot cheaper but NOT easy to get on stock shock.
