G16 rear end questions
hey guys im changing the rear end oil and i was wondering how to fill it up.....
what i was told is that there is a bolt at the bottom to drain and there is a rubber boot with a hose connected to it to fill and once it poor's out its full .....is that correct ???? 2nd question my rear end clutch moved forward and backwards about 1/2" to a 1" is that normal or broke or ??? |

As far as fillingit up you are correct,fill it till it runs out. I would pull the pumpkin cover and drain it all out and give it a parts cleaner enima let it dry and refill. On to you clutch, that ammount of movement seems a bit much i can't tell you its broke but that dose sound like a bushing or bearing problem.
