G3 starter moter brushes?

I'm going to replace my starter brushes. I've seen them from $17-$25. They have 4, when i order them, do they come in quantities of 4 or is that the price for 1?

Carbon brushes for Hitachi starter generators come in a set of 4. Almost all golf carts use Hitachi starters with some model variations (such as rotation direction for Clubcars and bracket position).
