Default Need a measurement / belt slack

G2/G9 . I need a measurement from the back of the shaft between the primary clutches to the center of the input shaft on the trans . I can take my belt and touch it together between the pulleys. Thanks in advance.

Not sure on the measurement but if you can touch the belt together it's probably worn out or close to it. Where does it sit on the driven clutch? Also another thing to look at on your cart is the torque cable on the driverside front motor mount. If it is really loose or missing you will be able to move the motor back and forth. Take a look at those and let me know what you find.

Torque cable on driver side engine mount? I was wondering what that was for? I was looking at mine the other day and was wondering what cable would possibly go there? Right now there is nothing!

Here's what I did. It will be the last one your cart will ever need. But make sure the motor mounts are not broke.

Used a 5/16" bolt, broke one that was 1/4".
