Default An Old Cushman Restoration

I am not even sure how old this cart is yet. I am guessing early 70's or even late 60's. If anyone has an opinion, be sure and post it. It is an electric 36V, obviously a 3 wheel tiller model, and it is a cushman. I bought it mostly because it is the first early cushman I have seen with a fiberglass body instead of a steel body. I have owned cushmans before, a steel body 4 wheel electric, and a steel body 3 wheel gas. The electric ran great for a couple years, then I donated it to my church campground. The gas, I flipped making a few dollars on it back in the 90's. I believe this cart is nearly as old as those carts, but it has the fiberglass body. I think fiberglass will be easier to work on as far as restoring the body goes. I intend to restore it, with custom paint, not make a rat rod out of it. I will sandblast the frame, and repaint it or maybe powder coat. The previous owner stated it ran, but the batteries were trash when I got it, and the cables coming from the charger are frayed, and I don't feel comforable using the charger in its present condition. I may try to rehab the charger, or I may just repurpose a newer 36V charger that I find on Craigslist.
