That looks like the old-style steel driven clutch they used from 1984-1987.5. The driven clutch for your '99 should have been the aluminum-sheave clutch with the fins on the outside of the sheaves. Does your drive belt line up properly?
But the older clutch would have been a counter-clockwise clutch, so if you're driving it fine in your '99 clockwise FE290 than I wonder what's going on there. |

I will if its not handled. I contacted the seller and they apologized offering a refund. I already purchased what I needed for 16.00 less so I asked for a refund and they are ok with that. If I do not get it timely, then I will back the bus up!
