Default 2001 club car DS

What would it take to speed up my 2001 DS 48 volt from 14.5 mph? (Other than trading it)

The F/R is a lever and I'm thinking it's a series. Prolly cost a lot of $$$ more than I wanted to speed it up .

Ok, series are simpler than sepex, and they run cooler. Basically you need to decide it you want torque or speed (I am guessing speed), then get a controller/motor kit that will fit your needs. PQ is definitely the motor to buy.

Maybe I'll just trade it for a faster one as I use it for golfing at least once a week. Thanks for the replies.
