Also if this cart wont run what are some power plant options for bolt in to switch out to.

Having a problem with my KF82 in my 86 carryall ll. i can get it to run but doesnt want to rev up to have any power. It just limps along on flat ground. Does start right up thou just no power.is ther a rev limiter on it somewhere.

Checked compression? My carryall with the newer fe290 felt completely gutless stock. Zip tying the springs at the axle speed governor made it much more usable.
