Default G19 charger wiring help

I am finally putting my project together. I have a 1999 Yamaha G19 cart that I am putting an AC9 motor, Curtis controller, HD solenoid, lights, etc. The cart was mostly in pieces, internally, when I got it. So I am completely rewiring the cart. My question is how to I wire in the charger? Is it as simple as connecting one charging receptacle post to my Main positive battery post, and connecting the other charging receptacle post to my Main negative battery post? Does solenoid need to be wired in? There isn't anywhere in my upgraded system wiring diagram that shows how to wire in the solenoid.

You should have a Curtis 1236 or 1238 (the big boy). Curtis instruments website has a downloadable pdf manual over 100 pages of info you really need, plug pinout, wiring diagram, everything.
Also, yes charger wires go to pack positive and negative battery mains, use at minimum 12ga wire.

Very good. Thanks CG. However I don't have a Curtis battery charger. I will keep this page in my reference library.

The charger you have should be a MAC/YAMAHA charger. And its a good one. The controller system and the charger dont really interact with each other. With the exception of the "full charge reset voltage" in the controller for the built in energy meter. I was refering to the Curtis controller and soleniod part of the question.
