Default Front Suspension Labor Hours

does anyone know what's the labor hours on double a arm install?? trying to price a job and I have no idea what to charge for time.....thanks

Good luck with that install .I have a Ds and man the rear leafs gave me a run 4 my money.I just installed jakes 6 inch double a arm and 2 days of ball busting Front 2as easier than th3 rear .Good luck.

+! on the rear steel bushing removal. A definite PITA.

Soak them in PB Blaster and get ready to do some heavy whacking...


The front is easy and actually a lot of fun!

Boomer, the job is done...and some of the bolts were a pain.....but PB blaster soaked over night and an impact, they didn't have a chance!!

CC, Glad to see that it went OK. I didn't have an impact wrench- when I did mine and I thought I was going to break my arm whacking on those spacers!

Good job .Hope it was a newer cart I have a 96 and man were they rusted in there even with an impact on it they wouldnt budge out of the sleeve .I thought the back ones were rough the front shackles were even worse I had to use a whiz wheel cutting disc then had to drill the rest of them out all but the bolt side the nut I got off on both sides but the actual threads were like seized in there.Omg relief its finally off waiting on new hardware.

yeah, ours is an 03 8 passenger villager.....I don't feel so bad, after reading what you guys went through....I didn't know if they had a labor hour guide line for golf cart repairs. Like a Mitchell manual with labor hours.
