Front- remove bolt inside leading edge of front body, just above front bumper. Remove upper rivets (top pops out) securing rubber floor mat, fold mat flaps out of way of dash/glovebox unit. Loosen trim at base of steering column 1 rivet. Kick rails (long black trim piece) will need to be removed next (instructions for each side), 2 screws under rubber mat, one rivet inside battery compartment at rear fender area (you are gonna love that one), 2 rivets inside fender area at leading side of tire tread, then kick panel should pop out of body from top and off of "pins" under cart. Remove 5 rivets (center pops in) at leading edge of dash, where it meets body. Slide dash back to expose more rivets on top of body, and 2 screws on side of body. Roof next, pop out rubber trims where steel supports meet front body, 2bolts under there both sides. 2 bolts at rear of roof each side top of rear supports. Lift roof and front supports off cart (a friend helps here). Caution - front nose may fall off, maybe leave 2 screws in front body. All rivets are re-usable and should be saved, and try not to destroy, remember where they came from, there are three kinds.

Rear - remove seat bottom, remove metal seat hook brackets from body, 2x 10mm each side, also rivets inbetween brackets. Remove rivets from body in area that was covered by kick panels. Remove access panel in bagwell area, 2 rivets, cover snaps off, pull harder. Rear roof suports (2x each side) bolts horizontal just inside top of access panel. Pull out roof supports/drain tubes/seat back/basket as one assembly (careful not to gouge body). 2x 10mm bolts in floor of bagwell. Rear body should lift off.

Dont know if you have lights, but, unplug fronts under nose. Peel & push rubber trim on rear lights to pop tail light and trim into body.

Any idea on the Allen wrench size on the front dash can't seem to get any of mine to bite. Also can't find bolt above front bumper?

More detail of where "those rivets" are located, please?
All of the rivets are of the same design/operation style (pry up the center), except for the ones in the top of the dash, the center of the rivet "pops in" about 1/8", then pry rivet out. All are reusable (they do sometimes break, but dont need drilled).

the rivets in the side moulding near the rear tire. they are an actual metal rivet? do you pull those the same way and how do you replace? did you just use an allen wrench for those screws on the dash I cant get any of mine to fit.
