Is there an easy way to increase the speed on these carts?

Yep, install Alltrax DCX 400-G19. Will get improved torque, and over 20mph speed.

What motor & controller do you have? (motor= ge, hitachi, adc) (controller= ge, moric) were all available. Some were programmable for ptv speed code (speed code must be bought from yamaha, no way to cheat this, code is unique to each controller). If you get me this info, i can tell if you can do ptv speed code for 19mph. Really, the alltrax option is better than PTV in every way, more speed, more torque, fully adjustable.
