Smile G16 body on a G8

I just traded a jet ski for a cart. It is a G8 electric with a smashed front cowl. I found a brand new front cowl and rear for $200.(seemed like a good price) Now I have to make it fit and am open for suggestions. I have a NON flip rear seat and an old school lift of 3-4"that are also welded. The tires are 22/11/8 and if I put 4 people in the cart the frame will be rubbed by the rear tires. I am new to carts and appreciate any help.

You may need to modify the front nose support that held the G8 nose to allow the G16 nose to "sit right". Please dont leave the G16 nose sticking out like the top half of a open bird beak.

CG I cut 3 inches off the support, it looks like it will settle in fine. The two seat backs look like I am going to be chopping some plastic. I understand that a dremel it the way to go ???

A dremel will do, but slow. Got any experience with roto-zip?

I use my roto-zip with a sewing machine "gas pedal". It allows both hands full control of the tool & throttle control for accurate cuts. Thats how i cut all my headlight & tail light holes in cart bodies. If you are a roto-zip "noob", get some garbage plastic to practice on.

I used a saber saw with a fine tooth. It was better than the dremel. I don't have a roto-zip.

Had to modify the holes for windshield supports (cut new holes). The cart is 95% done. going to recover the seats and change the tires and wheels. It has a lift kit, about 3" and 22/11/8 tires that will rub if there are people on the rear seat.
