CURTIS 1314-4402 PC Programmer with 1309 USB Interface Box Upgraded from 1314-4401 is the PC one I have. Sorry just double checked.

Dealer level is not the same as the Developer level mentioned earlier. Curtis never released Developer level handsets. I'm always looking for factory programming hardware to help others get on the programming bandwagon, so send me a private message if you can. I build my own more advanced programming interfaces, but factory programming hardware can have some use for others trying to install and configure the programming software.
