Default Loose Wheels

Went for a ride in our neighborhood today. Picked up some kids that wanted a ride and of a sudden this bizarre clicking sound appears. So, dropped the kids at their house and went back home. BTW, this is my third time out with the cart and maybe 4 miles total driven since I bought it. So anyway, I start checking and find left real wheel loose as a goose and lugnuts on the other three all loose too.

2010 Yamaha Electric

Did the dealer just not tighten or are these susceptible to coming loose all by themselves?

Just a suggestion, I would put a wrench or a socket to everything.

Likely dealer didn't tighten them as they do not work loose on they're own

My dad has a 2015 gas Yamaha drive and it doesn't do that

Someone at the dealer had a bad day. As mentioned I would check everything. I have heard this happening a lot with utility trailers as well. It is usually someone that has no clue on what they are doing that does prep work.

Thanks - going to give it a good going over tomorrow. I'll say this, rides much better with all lugs now tight.

Check them again in about a week or so. If still tight, you should be good to go.

Jam nut was not tightened on the brake adjustment rod from the install of a brake light kit (which never worked) on the cart I purchased from a large shop... To which we really almost ended up in the lake... Thank you very much!
