1999 EZGO DCS Need Recommendation on New Controller
My 1999 EZGO DCS won't go in reverse. Buzzer works solenoid pulling in all good. I'm getting 36 volts to reverse pin on controller. Runs like crazy in forward trouble shot it down to the controller.
I've been on the Internet and wondering if anyone has bought a rebuilt controller. Several places I've found rebuild your old controller after you ship them it. Then they repair and send it back to you. I priced new one and they are over $600. I drive cart mainly on flat land in camp ground and really don't need something really jazzed up with a new motor or high amp controller. I just like to keep the cart stock. My controller now is a Curtis PMC 73144G01. It's amazing how new looking the controller of mine is under the cover. Solenoid and wires components look brand new. I've owned this cart for 5 years now. I use to own old 1965 EZGO and repaired it all the time. Just rusted out. |

Take a look at ScottyB XCT400DCS controller a lot cheaper than $600.

I have a stock DCS controller that I pulled off my cart.. it was working just fine...and would get rid of it for cheap just get it out of my garage.
