Default Delta Q- QuiQ Charger

this is the charger I have for my RXV. Does this charger only charge battery to full then stop or does it detect a lower % of battery after sitting and turn back on and charge again?

Also it is safe to leave plugged in all the time?

Even the ones that claim they do, I don't trust to do so. And It is safe to leave plugged in, but not guaranteeing any benefits of doing so. The only ones i truely trust to keep batteries at 100% is the DPI with float mode.

The one experience I had with the QuiQ it did NOT come back on unless you disconnected from the cart and plugged back in, just like any standard EZGO charger.

Thanks guys. One question about the battery... I hear it bubbling when charging so does this mean the batteries are still pretty good or is it meaningless

It only indicates that there is fluid in there, and the voltage is being applied. If it's rigorous bubbling (like carbonation coming off a soda), it indicates the voltage is high enough that the cells are in "gassing voltage" territory.
