Ezgo rxv charger blinking green but no charging

Hi I am new here. I bought ezgo rxv 2014 a month ago with 1.5 year US batteries in it. Past a month cart was working fine but meddle of driving cart was suddenly stoped and changed solenoid. Now it start moving again. But right after we fixed and try to charge, I have new problem that when I try to charge the cart, get green light blinking, over 20h charging, still blinking w short green light. Seems like carts is not charging at all. When we fix the carts, person who fixed, said batteries are good.

Do you have a multimeter? Check battery pack voltage without charger, should be around 48 volts.

Then connect charger, the voltage should go up to 51-52 volts
