DPI gen 3 never shuts off
Pack is at 57.4 and the needle on the charger is jumping like crazy. Still the orange charging light. I’ll leave it and see what happens. I was hoping for higher voltage than that...

Ought to stay at 17A until the on-charge voltage climbs to 56.4V, then stay at 56.4V as the amps decrease.
Did you happen to check the pack voltage prior to connecting the charger? MY Exide (245AH - 6V) batteries were a special order and didn't linger in the supply chain very long and had a Soc of a bit over 93% when I took possession of them, so my 42V DPI charger only stayed in the bulk charge phase for about an hour before advancing to the absorption phase. |

The needle is still bouncing and it is making funny sounds. The orange charging light is on solid.

Now the charger is turning off an on every couple seconds. Pack is 57.8 and the batteries are bubbling. Light is still solid orange.

It’s still doing the same thing. Pack voltage is the same too. I just shut it off. Unfortunately I don’t think it’s working properly[emoji53]
