Pull the fuel line off of the carb and stick it in a bottle. Push the pedal to determine if you are getting fuel to the bottle.
If yes then clean carb,
if no then:
check pulse hose from engine to fuel pump for cracks.
Pick up tube in tank plugged or fallen off.

Sometimes with fuel line disconnected from carb, you can blow air (comressed air) into tank to get fuel flowing through fuel pump and lines and it will take off from there.

Haven't been able to get out in the garage these past few day. Hopefully I can this weekend. Will keep eveyone up to date. Thanks for everyones help.

A little story on the WD40 as a starting fluid. The old WD had alcohol
in it. Made a fine starting fluid. The new WD does not have the
alcohol and does not work on starting.

Turned out to be a loose throttle cable. Thanks for everyones help. Now its time to customize it.
