2007 Ezgo pds no movement

2007 pds golf cart
No movement no solenoid click

Unless im testing wrong. I have -37v at the key switch I know this should be positive.

I’ve change controller and ITS based on a few post but still nothing.

Since the battery pack's main negative terminal is where the black test lead should be attached for all voltage measurements, unless otherwise stipulated, all voltage readings ought to be positive, and those otherwise stipulated should also be positive when stipulated correctly.

When stipulating a voltage measurements, where to place the black lead should be stated first. IE: Controller's B- to M- terminals or M- to B+ terminals are voltage measurements I often ask for.

Verify the Black test lead is plugged into the Common jack on the DVM.

No solenoid click. First thing to check is for battery pack voltage (38.2V fully charged) on J1 pin 4. (Also check for pack voltage on Pin-5)
