Default Clearance Lights

Im looking for pictures of clearance lights on a golf cart. I`m thinking about buying some 3/4" amber LEDs off eBay and mounting them on the roof, similar to a truck. Anyone try this?

I have used them as indicator light (flashers) on mine and have used another set as tail lights, mounted low on the body.

They are great for my application. I live on a golf course and just wanted to make the cart safer for coming home after dark; it is not meant to satisfy requirements to make it roadworthy.

They are nice and bright, do a great job and pull very little power. I run them off my 12V reducer.

For the front indicators I used rear view mirrors with LEDs built in.

I have used the 3/4"x3" rectangular led clearance lights on two carts but not the little round ones. The rectangular ones from Amazon have six leds in them. They are as bright as old style trailer taillights. The rear are on a light bar spanning the top struts. Red always on and amber for flashers when on the road. Front amber ones are on the LED headlight bar.
