The member is not new. He's been around the block here. He's made a dozen threads about a hundred questions and we have ALL helped him endlessly in his quest to better his cart. This struck me as a funny question hence the ROTFL emojis indicating joking around ??? Like right there where I rolled my eyes at your tone. |

Re: Club car precedent reliability
Its ok i can take a joke and I should watch what i am posting at night after several beers. I see how the post can sound strange now. I really enjoy this forum not just so i can ask questions. Without this forum the precedent would still be in limp mode 8mph i would have sold it by now that’s for sure.

Re: Club car precedent reliability
No problem. Just responding to a members concern indicating this as being degrading and not humor, which is how it appeared when I read it.
Get one complaint against one member, it's pretty innocent. Get hundreds of complaints from a multitude of members about the same person constantly and almost everything they post after a while, seems questionable. |

Re: Club car precedent reliability
All depends how you treat it. Keep an eye on parts like cable ends and wire connections for any signs of corrosion or overheating.
Keep an eye on suspension parts for slop/play or loose bolts. Check and change the fluid in your rear axle. Bearings and gears need clean oil just as an engine does. These are not immune to wear, especially with bigger tires on the cart. Most of all, just keep the poor thing clean! A clean cart has a lot fewer problems than one that stays covered in dirt and mud all the time. It doesn't take a ton of time or effort to rinse it off after you use it. |

Re: Club car precedent reliability
The two most unreliable components in a Club Car are the MCOR and the OBC. I believe you still got both of them.

Re: Club car precedent reliability
It’s a 2014 I don’t think there is a OBC correct. If there is a upgrade kit for the MCOR and you think I should do it then I would change it out. Thanks
