Tie rod ends
If this has been ask Im sorry. I have to replace the tie rod ends on my 2003 club car ds electric. I have replaced the whole front end with a 4" A arm lift kit and new steering box except the tie rod ends. My question is the lift kit uses heim joints so is using heim joints for tie rod ends good idea if so where would I get ones to fit.

Re: Tie rod ends
No not a good idea. The tie rod ends are designed specifically to move on many axis fluidly so as to not cause steering issues or handling danger at speed. Ball joints are different than helm joints, despite the similarities. Not to mention the wear and tear factor.
