Default Adhesive

What should I use to reattach the lower W/S rubber bumpers to the W/W?

OK, on the lower part of folding W/S, there are 2 rubber bumpers with a slot in them that the top part of W/S slides into when it is folded down. One of these has come off and I want to know what type of adhesive to use to reapply it.. W/S = windshield

Get a tube of LEXEL adhesive caulk at Lowes or HD. Don't buy it in the caulking gun type tube which will be difficult to use after several months.

Get the smaller, clear, hand squeeze type tube. I've had one tube hanging in the barn for over a year and it still works great with a minor nozzle cleaning.

It is non-hardening, similar to silicone, but much better. It will hold those windshield bumpers on until you choose to remove them. If and when you do remove them, the residue will rub right off the Lexan window.

I use this stuff for everything!
