Re: alltrax log file
That is screwy alright. The motor rpm reading just goes to zero... mostly at 100% throttle. Looked like it was all over the map. Sometimes not responding then sometimes going on 0 input
Did somebody modify this file? I've not seen a PD+ file to compare it to. |

Re: alltrax log file
Can You upload the raw file with the other columns?
To allow us to put context on the log, what were you doing with the pedal during the test? If You can log a single run gradually accelerating all the way down and hold it down until the problem happens, it would eliminate user introduced rpm changes in the log entries. |

was chatting with pingeye about this, seeing if i have a bad pack or it might be the stock wire harness since this was happening before the motor controller mcor4 upgrade. |

Re: alltrax log file
what do you mean by modify. only thing i changed on the alltrax software was regen to 100, reverse throttle to 20%, speed curve, and throttle set to mcor.

Re: alltrax log file
I push throttle down and 1/4 the way selenoid clicks. I have to push the throttle down to 3/4 to get the cart to start moving.

No worries - this time we got the full file. What kind of battery pack is in it? Lithium? In the file it looks like the pedal signal is erratic. Sergio, do you agree? |

Re: alltrax log file
I would double check that MCOR connection, if You have the wiper (yellow) mixed with the Negative (purple/white), it would start right but then gradually short the Altrax throttle input as the pedal goes down.
Do a quick test to verify it is wired correctly: 1) Unplug the 3-pin connector. |
