Do a quick test to verify it is wired correctly:

1) Unplug the 3-pin connector.

2) Find the wire in the harness 3-pin connector that goes to pack negative.

3) Measure the resistance between the other two wires on the MCOR side to make sure it reads close to 5k and it changes down to 100 as the pedal goes down.

I will check that tomorrow. When i wired it as per the directions and all colors matched. On the monitor screen throttle % started out at 100% when peddle pressed then world go to 0 when fully depressed. Which is why i switched the wires. Ill.put it back to the directions and see how she drives. Thank u

You may be able to do that and select the opposite throttle range or Try that absolute throttle configuration.

I was able to shoot home quick. Put the wires back to color matched. Cart lunges as soon as i touch throttle, like it did when the monitor showed 100 then decrease to 0. On the new mcor harness (new connector to the mcor4) i ohm the black wire and got 3.0.

Which one of the three wires on your harness is connected to pack negative?

Thought i had to do the 1 to the mcor from the 3 pin connector. Makes sense to go the other way to see if the harness is bad, correct?

I was trying to ignore colors and go by function.

The wire on the harness side that is connected to pack negative is the "bottom" of the MCOR signal, regardless the color.

The wire that measures approx 5v in relation to that wire when the key is ON is the "top" of the MCOR signal.

The other wire is the "wiper" signal.

The pins on the MCOR adapter side that correspond to the wiper and top signals should have a "5k to 0k" swing as the pedal is pressed.

When troubleshooting with gary i believe the purple had 4.6v.

If that 4.6v was in relation to the black/white wire, then it seems like the other color mismatch in the plug should have been purple and black/white, not as it appears in the picture.

If you identify the wires by function you can be sure that you don't have the "wiper" (yellow/black in harness) mixed with the "bottom" (white/black in harness) , which appears to be what is happening.
