Default 2004 club car need advice

Hi just picked up this 2004 club car looking for advice on upgrades , do’s and dont’s and what to look out for.
I’m a noob to carts and I’ll try and be as descriptive as possible when needed.

1sr thing I’m gonna do is install Trojan Batteries and 2 gauge wires.

I’d like to lift and get tires and rims.

I’d also like to no loose a lot of torque but I know I’ll
Have to eventually upgrade the motor and controller.

The lift I was thinking of getting is the one off eBay from steeleng!

Any advice or steps of info on what this cart is will be greatly appreciated, I’ve attached all pictures I have so far I don’t get the cart till the weekend.

The rowpow seems expensive at first glance, but when you consider the life cycle(3500) compared to FLA batteries (500?), lighter weight (77lbs vs 420 lbs), extended run time, shortened charge time and almost no maintenance. The price between $1900 for Rowpow and $1350 for Trojans isn't that much. From my understanding the Rowpow comes with new BMS and charger included. Only problem is that supply out of China is tight right now. Not sure how available they are. The thread above is a good place to get some info on it to help you.
