Default Help! - Full Lock Up

Was riding in my friends Precedent IQ tonight, while driving down a hill the cart completely locked the wheels up and almost shot us out the front.

Brakes smelled burnt, never quite came back. Had to limp the cart home. It felt the brakes remained partially engaged.

What causes this? Is this some type of governor engagement? It's dangerous AF.

Or a brake pad came off the backing plate. Or the motor was being over sped
