Tires will not turn to the right, but will turn all the way to left. Help...

It has a lift kit, but dont know what kind, it also rubs alot...

Sorry, I didn't recognize the pic from the other post I answered.
You need to pull that junk out from under it and get rid of it. It looks to be "ho"made and for some reason it moves the wheels back under the cart instead of forward. that's why it is rubbing.
No telling what they did to the rest of the geometry.
Steering problem is most likely from the same junky design.......or lack of.
Remove the tierod from the rightside spindle and turn wheels left and right, do they turn equally?
Turn the steering wheel from full left to right and then center it in the travel.
Does the tierod align with the spindle?

not to mention the spindle assemble looks to be rubbing the inside of the tire and wheel. .

i would look into a cheap lift that was designed for your cart. . or put it back to stock.
