voltage on key switch is supplied by controller or through run tow switch
installing a 48-12 voltage reducer and lost voltage at the key switch on a 2011 club car precedent. does the controller supply this voltage or the solenoid?

Its source is the batteries. It is tapped off of the solenoid with the pink wire to the run/tow sw. There is a fuse behind the panel where the controller and solenoid are located.

Are you using a 5 wire reducer with the green wire to power it on and off? If so, you can connect the green to the light blue wire at the solenoid. It is hot with KS on.
