Question 2016 ClubCar motor rpms

Installed Alltrax XCT-48400 controller, solenoid, etc. Just after installation i could do ~25mph, but then i accidentally updated controller and restored to factory settings. I have 10" wheels. Now engine reps max 4k rpm and speed is ~20mph. I tried different settings with no result. What can i do more to get max from my stock motor?

P.S. I also have totally new LiFePO4 batteries, which can handle serious amps (way better then needed for this controller).

My max on the stock motor is 5600. I've already blown up one stock motor going to 6k and 450 amps

Through the toolkit under throttle settings. The RPM range is adjustable.

Are you running the most recent filed map for your stock motor? You need to check with Alltrax and see.

Also check the slide scales inside the Toolkit and make sure you did not limit the voltage and be sure Turbo is selected.

I also have a 2016 club car that I had to set the defaults.

Check your throttle settings also , and the below post.
