Default need advice on non-response club car

I had brought my 87 club car to a golf cart shop to get it to run but can't get any response from it. In the shop they put a new solenoid, micro switches and had compared wire diagrams to check wiring . also they had looked off another club car to make sure the wires were all similar.
So my question is would it be in the starter, if so could it be brought to local starter shop to get it fix?
Im open to all suggestions to what it could be

Check the silly little things, the basic things that the shop may overlook, just because they never see them wrong..

Is the battery good
Is there good ground
Is the pedal hooked up
Is the key working, and turning on power
when pressed, does the throttle start the starter spinning? is there a belt?

i put a new battery from the get go

ground? to battery or frame

pedal seems to work well with micro switches

i believe the key switch was checked but i could double check, when key is on im able to get the lights on.

when i push in the pedal i can't get anything from the starter, and theres a belt

what do you mean where does it fit in, it just does cause that would be the place to bring a broken golf cart to, i would assume...

a good golf cart shop would be an hour or so away so i went to the closest place around to have someone look at it thinking they would know more about it then i would.

I'm just saying that any golf cart tech could have diagnosed it,(that's where the local tech should have fitted in) so your local guy isn't much help then? I think you should check the operation of the microswitches if he didn't? A simple voltmeter and continuity test will do it.
