Default 48 volt Clubcar charger not working

Plugged in my 2002 Clubcar DS to the 48 volt charger and nothing. Wasn't sure if it is the OBC or the charger. Plugged the cart into another charger and it worked. Assuming it is the charger. Checked continuity on the fusable link and the 20 amp breaker. Both were good. All connections looked good. No obvious problem to the transformer. Any ideas on how to trouble shoot?

I think its the relay. It doesn't click when I plug in. I bypassed it and it started charging. On my way to pick one up. $27.00 not bad. Thanks for all the help.

Thanks for the help. Glad it wasn't something more expensive. Got a good relationship with a Cart shop near here and he was also helpful.

Do you know the part number for the relay? Don't have a local car parts dealer.
