Zone Owner's Manual Package Contents
Just opened the package that came with the car. It contained the following:
1. The Zone Electric Car, LLC "User's Manual and Service Manual" It is a single 21 page publication chock full of good info. However, don't let the IRS see it. Every reference inside is to a "golf car" not a NEV of LSV nor Zone (except on the cover which sports the Zone logo). No website is referenced. 2. A color copy of the Zone Electric Car Warranty. Appears to be the same one in the PDF. 3. The U.S. Battery Mfg. Co. Warranty Statement. www.USBATTERY.com 4. An advertisement flyer for the PRO-FILL on-board battery watering system by Flow-Rite. Looks like something good to purchase and install. It claims to keep the batteries filled without ever having to remove the vet covers again. It does not provide info regarding the possibility overfilling. Anyone out there familiar with this system? www.USBATTERY.com 5. A one pager on the 1500W HF/PFC Battery Charger with lots of good information. www.hztiecheng.com EICon PFC Charger I recommend becoming familiar with this material and following the mtce and inspection instructions before launching. Would hate to see anyone burn up their transmission for low gear oil, etc. |

Re: Zone Owner's Manual Package Contents
Euro,
Send me the user's service manual and I'll upload it to the site in PDF format. Then we can all be ready to do the preliminary checks when the cars arrive. |

Re: Zone Owner's Manual Package Contents
Hey BC and DRD. I no longer have a fax at the house, so I went to the local UPS Store to have them fax it to y'all. They wanted 3 bucks a page, so instead, I snail mailed a color copy to DRD as he sent his mailing address in a PM. I think some of the fonts may have been too small anyhow if I went the FAX route.
This way he can size it properly for viewing in a PDF. Should be there in a few days. Bird |
