Default G19E incomplete charge

I am working on a 2000 G19E . First problem was a split battery . I load tested the others and replaced the defective unit. No problems. 2nd problem a different battery had a broken post , replaced it and now it won't charge . As soon as you plug in the charger the lights flash and it goes thru its sequence , but the incomplete charge light comes on. No charging. The cart has new wires , tight, clean connections . I also took apart and cleaned the charger plug ....any help would be appreciated .

You'll need at least 44 volts for the charger to turn on. Check the voltage of the complete set first.

Under the back of the cart in the wire harness by the controller is a 3 amp fuse, find that and see if it is blown. More than likely thats your problem.

I have the same problem with the charging. My charger shows incomplete, i let it charge over night and this morning it shows incomplete and abnormal cycle. These are 6 brand new trojan 8 volt batteries, i have installed all 6 yesterday.

I checked the voltage of all 6 without the charger connected and it shows 40 volts, then i checked them with the charger connected and it shows 48 volts, like the charger is working. Any ideas of the problem now.
