G19E incomplete charge
I am working on a 2000 G19E . First problem was a split battery . I load tested the others and replaced the defective unit. No problems. 2nd problem a different battery had a broken post , replaced it and now it won't charge . As soon as you plug in the charger the lights flash and it goes thru its sequence , but the incomplete charge light comes on. No charging. The cart has new wires , tight, clean connections . I also took apart and cleaned the charger plug ....any help would be appreciated .

Re: G19E incomplete charge
Under the back of the cart in the wire harness by the controller is a 3 amp fuse, find that and see if it is blown. More than likely thats your problem.

Re: G19E incomplete charge
I have the same problem with the charging. My charger shows incomplete, i let it charge over night and this morning it shows incomplete and abnormal cycle. These are 6 brand new trojan 8 volt batteries, i have installed all 6 yesterday.
I checked the voltage of all 6 without the charger connected and it shows 40 volts, then i checked them with the charger connected and it shows 48 volts, like the charger is working. Any ideas of the problem now. |
