Default 2006 EZGO Won't run HELP!

I have a 2006 TXT, PDS. I have replaced the controller and now the buzzer is working again, but the solenoid dosent click.

I have checked the self diagnostics and the buzzer beeps 1 time.

Ignition swith is good. Reed switch good, solenoid does not test bad.

I have checked the wiring from the batteries to the motor, controller, solenoid.

Micro switch in the pedal box tests good as well....

Any other suggestions?

The voltage is 0.270 across the two small post on the solenoid with the pedal all the way down.

ok so you are not getting power on the activation circuit of the cart.

I don't have the color schematics in front of me at the moment, but you have to figure out where you are losing power (keyswitch, blown 60 amp mega fuse, ITS microswitch).... somewhere along the line you are losing the activation circuit.

The micro switch on the ITS has 36+ volts from the new controller and at the micro switch , the key switch has 36, F&R has 36v at the switch and controller. The tow/run switch is showing 36v at the connection at the controller and on the switch itself. When the switch is changed to tow the voltage drops to 30v on one side of the switch.\

Is there anywhere else that I should check for voltage or continuity. I just need the solenoid to activate at this point.

Could the solenoid be welded? I have 36v on the battery and controller side and .027 across the small terminals with the pedal all the way down.

No the solenoid is not welded, it sounds more like there is an internal problem with the controller that is not activating the solenoid. Everything about that cart runs through the controller.

You can, as a test ONLY, try jumping power directly from the battery pack to the solenoid as a test of the solenoid, but the bottom line is that if you are getting the correct voltage everywhere else, then there is a problem in the controller itself.

Could an ITS failure cause the solenoid not to activate? The micro switch is good.

If so how would I test for this?

The plunger is flush with the back of the ITS when the pedal is all the way down, so I assume it is in adjustment.

The problem may lie in the harness between the peddle box and the control.
Perform a continuity test on the red and the green wires from the micro to the controller 4 pin connector.

Both the green and red wires have continuity and are reading 36.2v at the controller and at the micro switch in the pedal box.

Any more ideas?
