Default Yamaha 48v charger broke

Hello,
I have a Yamaha 48v charger for the G22 however it just stopped working. I could plug it into the cart but nothing would happen, so I opened up the charger and found out the main fuse blew, but when putting in a new one it blew again. Anyone have an idea of what could be wrong? Thanks

Usually bad diodes cause this. You can check them with the diode test function on a DMM.

Ok so i got my charger fixed well i thought i was fixed. when I plug in the charger and connect it to my golfcart the lights go on but one light stays on 25% however the charger doesnt kick in. Is the voltage to low that the charger wont charge it?

it doesnt sound like voltage being too low. when voltage is too low it normaly doesnt come on at all. what is the voltage on the pack?

well it said 38 which is really low, but we got another charger and it kicked in so i gave it back to the shop i think the relay broke or isnt properly wired, since when it went in last time they rewired it.
