ParCar moves but has no speed

Looking for help with my 2008 PARCAR. It is a Summit NEV. The cart will start moving but seems to bog down and drive very slowly. I have cleaned all the battery terminals. Fully charged shows each battery around 6.3 volts and a total of 52.2 volts for the series.

Any thoughts?????Thanks

Jason, you would have to have the dealer check to make sure you have 100% pedal push. This requires a handset calibrator (similar to an auto OBD handheld). Also, with key off, the you should be able to push the cart by hand, to make sure the brakes are free. The other test for the batteries would be a load test. Static voltage could be high, but under load could still fail (and make sure they're watered). Specific gravity should also be above 1.265 when fully charged.
