Differential oil level
How do you check the oil in differential and the electric motor outside temp is 174+. Is this too high if so why is it high???

Only way to check the fluid is to drop the pan, clean it, and refill with 14oz of fluid. There's no dipstick.
Motor temp can be high if brakes are dragging the least bit, but that doesn't seem too high. |

Thanks for the oil pan level. The motor seems to be hot and some smell but that may be do to the oil leak from the differential. Leaked around the bearing seal from motor to differential shaft. Repaired it and cleaned oil from armature,brushes etc. I do notice that the regen for the brakes when you slow up is more than it has been. Is that because I cleanned everything? The smell might be from old oil .To hot to touch after 18 holes of golf.
